Run for the Roses Kentucky Derby Charity Event: A Winning Day for Heat 4 Heroes

Our first-ever Run for the Roses Kentucky Derby Charity Event was a tremendous success, bringing our community together for a day of celebration, generosity, and purpose. Held in support of Heat 4 Heroes, the event raised both funds and awareness for a cause close to our hearts.

Heat 4 Heroes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential HVAC services to veterans, firefighters, and police officers who cannot afford heating and cooling in their homes. Their mission is to ensure our heroes—those who have served and protected our communities and country—can live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. The organization takes great pride in its team of professionals, who continue to serve those who have selflessly served us.

Thanks to the incredible support from attendees, sponsors, and volunteers, we were able to raise significant proceeds for Heat 4 Heroes, directly contributing to their mission of keeping homes warm in the winter and cool in the summer for those in need.

The event was hosted in partnership with KOZ Heating & Cooling, owned and operated by Mike Kosmalski in Sterling Heights, MI. Koz Heating & Cooling has long been committed to providing high-quality, affordable home comfort solutions, and their support played a vital role in the success of this event.
